Lightroom Classic · Team Review

Your photos. Your team’s feedback. Back in Lightroom.

Publish a gallery to your FlowShot project, collect your team’s comments and drawings on each photo, then bring the corrections back into your catalog.

Download Lightroom plugin · 0.3.1

Verified with Lightroom Classic 15.5.1 on macOS. Requires a FlowShot account with access to your team’s Review. Windows qualification is pending.

Install in five minutes

  1. Extract the ZIP into a permanent folder. Keep the complete flowshot.lrplugin folder together.
  2. In Lightroom Classic, open File → Plug-in Manager → Add. Select flowshot.lrplugin and check that FlowShot Review 0.3.1 is enabled.
  3. In the Library module, open Publish Services → FlowShot Review → Set Up. Sign in through your browser and choose your organization.
  4. Create a published collection. Choose a project, then create or attach a gallery.
  5. Add photos and click Publish. The plugin exports sRGB JPEGs at the quality and size you set, and FlowShot builds the web previews from them.

Review with your team

Teammates open the gallery in FlowShot Photo Review and leave comments and drawings on the photos. The Corrections view lists the open requests.

When the work is right, Approve gallery accepts it.

Continue in Lightroom

Select your published collection and run Library → Plug-in Extras → Sync FlowShot review. In Collections, the FlowShot Review set has a Corrections collection for each gallery with the photos that still need changes. FlowShot Team Review sorts the gallery into Changes requested, Awaiting review and Approved.

Choose FlowShot Review in the Metadata panel to see each photo’s status, revision and last sync time.

Finish the next revision

Read fresh feedback immediately in the sync dialog, or use Lightroom’s Comments panel; use its Refresh button for new comment text. View drawings over the photo inside Library → Plug-in Extras → Sync FlowShot review. Open the photo’s FlowShot link for attachments and replies. Edit the photo and Publish again: the existing gallery photo is updated and its comments stay attached.

The plugin does not change your Lightroom stars, flags, color labels or captions. FlowShot focuses on corrections, new revisions and gallery approval. Galleries support up to 650 photos; revisions keep the same photo slots.

Update or recover

To update, quit Lightroom, replace the installed plugin folder’s contents at the same path, then reopen Lightroom. Keep your catalog and Publish Service. If your existing folder ends in .lrdevplugin, keep its name.

If an upload fails, publish the remaining photos again. Completed batches remain in FlowShot. Removing a photo from a Lightroom published collection does not delete the photo from FlowShot.

Sign out in the plugin, or revoke access in FlowShot Settings → Security → Premiere connected apps, where Lightroom Classic connections are listed too.
